By using CollegeFit (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What CollegeFit provides

CollegeFit is a free tool that estimates admission chances and expected cutoffs for Indian entrance exams using historical official counselling data. All outputs are estimates, not guarantees. See our Disclaimer.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial admission research.
• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its APIs.
• Do not misrepresent the Service’s estimates as official results.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollegeFit shall not be liable for any decision made, or loss incurred, in reliance on the Service. Admission decisions are governed solely by the official counselling authorities.

5. Intellectual property

Underlying cutoff figures are public official records. The CollegeFit name, design, compiled datasets, and prediction methodology are our property and may not be reproduced in bulk without permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
